The East Village is a colourful mix of cultures and ethnicities from its Italian heritage to the influx of Chinese and South East Asian influences. We guide you through this eccentric neighbourhood and sample various cuisines from restaurants, delis, bakeries, butchers, small grocery stores, and posh Italian eateries.This tour starts with dessert. We sample some hand-crafted chocolate at Café Schokolade and get a mouth-watering lesson from their master chocolatier. Then we navigate through the oldest neighbourhood in the city stopping at five local shops. We end the tour at Campagnolo Roma, one the hottest Italian restaurants in the city. This tour has a vegetarian option and substitutions can be made for the following allergies: shellfish & peanut.
Please arrive directly outside Waterfront station by 3pm, tour starts promptly at 3.30 and requires 20 minutes transportation time.
