Join Follow Me Foodie’s Mijune Pak as she encourages six Vancouver chefs to share what’s on their mind and their inspirations.
Start with a BC VQA wine and canapé standing reception with different food stations representing a variety of Vancouver restaurants and wonderful British Columbia wineries. Then, take your theatre seat for an inspired speaker presentation followed by a “Talk Back Session” and aftermath social. This year’s chef line-up includes Jen Peters (NextJen), Quang Dang (West), Chris Mills (Joey’s), Robert Belcham (Campagnolo), Bruno Marti (La Belle Auberge), and one chef yet to be revealed.
