What happens when you ask more than 50 of Vancouver's top chefs to each bring one ingredient and toss it into a boiling pot? Good question - and with this hot experiment, we're going to find out!
On January 17, to launch Dine Out Vancouver Festival, more than 50 participating chefs will bring an ingredient to add to the soup collective. Over the next couple of hours, student chefs from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts will chop, season, stir and cook the ingredients to perfection, then serve samples free of charge to the public before it all runs out.
Join us from 12:30pm onward outside the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts to snag your own portion of this once-in-a-lifetime brew! Everyone is welcome - but get there early, since the kitchen shuts down when the soup runs out.
