World Chef Exchange | Los Angeles
Lukshon + Hawksworth: A Dinner with Sang Yoon
Presented by Tourism Vancouver, Air Canada, and Hawksworth Restaurant
Hawksworth Restaurant, 801 West Georgia
5:00pm to late
We’ve decided to take Dine Out global, and in doing so, we’ve invited the world to Vancouver. Join Vancouver’s award winning Chef David Hawksworth, as he welcomes Los Angeles trailblazer Chef Sang Yoon, owner of Father’s Office Gastropub and fine dining restaurant, Lukshon.
The five-course feast marries both chefs’ love of local ingredients and fresh, creative South East Asian flavours with a wonderfully West Coast twist. Asian influenced dishes appear alongside SoCal ingredients such as Santa Barbara Sea Urchin, for a taste of contemporary Canadian meets Californian cusine.
The Vancouver World Chef Exchange is a project produced by Tourism Vancouver, and sponsored by Air Canada and the Westin Bayshore hotel. The goal of the exchange is to share Vancouver’s culinary story with the world, and to bring the world’s great restaurant cities closer together by sharing ideas, experiences and talents through collaborative dining experiences.
