Salmon n' Bannock Bistro

We are a First Nations restaurant located at 1128 West Broadway in Vancouver. Proudly showcasing Aboriginal cuisine with a variety of “nationwide” inspired culinary delights, using the freshest seasonal ingredients, certified organic game and wild fish. The majority of our menu items are also available for take-out.


Our team is composed of members of different Nations such as Nuxalk, Haida Gwaii, Namgis, Dene and Blackfoot.


In our space we also feature First Nations art from upcoming artists focusing on traditional values, but with a modern flair and representation.


We are available for catering as well as private functions and we offer our guests the opportunity to customise their events with live contemporary music or more traditional performances by local artists.
