Retreat to the plush velvet oasis of H Tasting Lounge’s award-winning interior, where you'll be treated to an indulgent menu of international flavours designed to thrill every palate. Their succulent four-course feast features irresistible selections including an amuse of Kusshi oyster with Fuji apple foam and Parmigiano crisp; followed by seared scallop with lobster cream; cacio e pepe risotto or beef Wellington; and a shared dessert of ganache duo. Expertly chosen wine pairings will be available for $15 per course. Guests may also complement their meal with celebratory G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Brut, available by the glass or bottle. H2 Rotisserie & Bar makes Valentine’s Day dinner a bona fide experience for you and your beloved this year. Take part in a romantic couples’ cooking class led by H2’s chef de cuisine Brody Paine and his own Valentine, Elsie, widely known for her extraordinary sweet treats at East Vancouver’s renowned Bâtard Bakery. From 6 to 8pm, Brody and Elsie will be your guides in the kitchen as you create H2’s signature buttermilk biscuits, an antipasto platter, West Coast oysters with cava mignonette, Italian confit lemon and herb risotto, and a dessert of flourless dark chocolate pudding cake with macerated berries. (During the class, everyone will receive a complimentary apron to take home, plus a recipe book and a glass of champagne.)
