    This immersive dinner experience celebrates the harmony between Shunde’s refined, ingredient-driven dishes and Fenjiu’s timeless craftsmanship. Shunde cuisine, known for its precision, freshness, and delicate flavours, perfectly complements Fenjiu’s elegant, aromatic character — together, they create a dialogue between taste, aroma, and tradition.

    Shunde Pulled Fish Soup Paired with “Fen 75” — Fenjiu Red, Jasmine & Haywire The Bub Sparkling → Floral, bright, and uplifting alongside the savoury broth.

    Stir-Fried Pork Cheek & Wild Mushroom Paired with “Princess Smile” — Fenjiu Red, Rose, Lychee, Lime & Tonic → Fragrant and refreshing with balanced citrus and floral notes.

    Main Course

    Sauna Steamed Lingcod Paired with 30-Year Silk Road Fenjiu → Pure expression of premium Fenjiu, Deep, mellow complexity enhancing the fish’s natural sweetness.

    Shunde Claypot Rice with Cured Meats Paired with Mixologist’s Fenjiu Creation by Laowai Bar → A modern cocktail inspired by traditional Fenjiu flavours.
