    On Saturday, January 27th Forage Catering will be the host of a unique brunch held in conjunction with Dine Out Vancouver. This stand-up, mingler-style event will feature Forage’s trademark fresh, inventive cuisine, enjoyed in a bright and welcoming private dining room at The Listel Hotel.
     
    Chef Chris Whittaker, who is known for his emphasis on local and sustainable ingredients, will prepare a special menu for the event, and guests will be encouraged to explore the flavour synergies between BC-grown food and wines.  Five BC VQA wineries will each pour 2 wines at the brunch, which will take place from 11:30am to 1:30pm.
