    A Two Rivers Specialty Meats and Donnelly Group Collaboration.

    Enjoy multiple meat stations serving sections of Two Rivers finest cuts of Brisket, Pork, Sausage & more curated by Chefs Alvin Pillay & Chris Stewart, paired with amazing, local craft beers. The night will feature a focus on different styles of cooking techniques paired with locally raised meats. We'll be serving these ethically raised goodies with classic & inspired accompaniments.

    Not only will you have unlimited access to the chef manned food stations, but the evening will also feature passed snacks.

    Delectable ribs, slow cooked beef, handmade sausages & fried chicken will all be part of this meat journey.

    A handful of our friends from Two Rivers will be on hand to explain their commitment to working with local farms to source ethically raised animals. They'll also be able to fill you in on their newest endeavor, Two Rivers Butcher Shop & Eatery in North Vancouver.
