The Chefs’ Table Society is bringing back one of Vancouver’s most beloved culinary showdowns — The Chowder Cup!
Eight talented chefs will battle it out in an all-out seafood chowder brawl for the ultimate bragging rights and the coveted Chowder Cup trophy. Each chef will showcase their creativity by featuring a sustainable seafood ingredient and pairing it with the perfect complementary beverage to elevate their dish. A panel of esteemed judges will determine who reigns supreme, but the audience will also have their say — the People’s Choice Award is up for grabs!
Expect bold flavours, inspired pairings, and plenty of friendly competition as some of the region’s best chefs ladle up their finest creations. Come hungry, come curious, and be part of the excitement as we crown the next Chowder Cup Champion!
