Become a true cone-noisseur at Uno Gelato! Join our fun and flavourful Gelato 101 class — a 1.5-hour, hands-on experience led by our maestro at our Kitsilano gelateria. You’ll explore the art (and science!) behind authentic Italian gelato and sorbetto, enjoy 10 samples of our seasonal creations, and indulge in your choice of cup or cone during class. Best of all, you’ll take home two pints — one gelato and one sorbetto — made fresh by you!
