Fiorucci Family Lasagne
A unique culinary experience, to learn a family recipe that is passed down from generation to generation. Join Melissa online for an intensive lasagne making experience. This doesn’t mean it will be difficult or stressful, we promise. You will cook online in your kitchen along with Melissa in her kitchen, making every step from scratch.

There are 4 key elements you will learn to make, just like Melissa’s Nonna taught her:
1) Fresh pasta
2) Traditional Italian Ragu
3) Bechamel Sauce
4) The assembly

Lasagne is not difficult but making it from scratch is time-consuming, therefore this experience is broken into two zoom sessions on one day

First session:
Pasta and sauce making - 12:00pm – 2:00pm

Second session:
Bechamel and Assembly – 5:00pm – 6:30pm

Like all In My Kitchen culinary adventures, there will be lots of time for stories, conversation and questions. Paula (Founder/CEO of In My Kitchen) will join the online experience as co-host to encourage interaction and make sure your questions are answered. This is a casual and fun culinary adventure.

The In My Kitchen experience is a culinary adventure. Each experience will offer the opportunity to explore new flavours, new dishes and new cultures. Through this experience, we hope to create meaningful, cross cultural engagement and increase access to traditional cooking knowledge.
