What is Acuyo?Acuyo is a fragrant Mexican herb, known scientifically as Piper auritum, recognized for its distinctive heart-shaped leaves and unique, aromatic flavor—a blend of anise, pepper, and mint. Acuyo is deeply embedded in traditional Mexican cuisine, often used to enhance and elevate dishes, imparting complexity, freshness, and authenticity.
