Bombay Masala Restaurant exists as a result of their desire to make excellent Indian cuisine. Their previous success at Vancouver, Bombay Kitchen and Bar on Commercial Drive has allowed them to open a new space in Bombay Masala to impress those near UBC and the Vancouver West End with their wonderful service, food, and atmosphere. While many of the food products will be familiar to fans of classic Indian cuisine and Bombay Kitchen and Bar, they will also be adding a host of new ones to make Bombay Masala a truly unique experience
