With a stunning mural drawn by local artist Yared Nigussu and rotating live entertainment varying from traditional Flamenco to Latin soul, it's easy to be transported to the back streets of St. Sebastian. Driven by Alex Carriere, French Chef/Owner who arrived in 2008 to Vancouver, Cabrito is a combination of different personalities and characters who bring their craft into a 36 seats restaurant, where you will find locally sourced produce, Ocean Wise seafood and non-medicated meat to recreate Spanish tapas with a twist, a selection of cheeses, charcuterie & seasonal small plates. As no tapas experience is complete without libations, Cabrito boasts a strictly Spanish wine list with a variety of grape varietals from different regions in Spain. This, combined with a considerable amount of skill and talent behind it's small bar makes drinking crafty cocktails a leisurely affair.
