David Koonar, Owner and Executive Chef, started his journey 44 years ago when he left Canada for Florence, Italy to train at culinary school. His training in Italy coupled with his international travels inspired his Mediterranean-fusion style cuisine. His food is prepared slowly and with care creating bold, rich tastes and textures.

We refuse to compromise on quality in our restaurant. That's why we source fresh ingredients from local farmers. Everything is made from scratch including our sauces. Such as, our parmesan-truffle cream ravioli sauce and our renowned Caesars Hot Sauce.
Special Events & Catering
Our restaurant is also available for large private events or private meetings. We can provide custom catering/buffets or plated meals, hotel block rates through Holiday Inn & Suites and have access to excellent DJ's.
