In the past Seven years Chef Chi has spent the majority of her life at work innovating her cooking with a passion for food and a desire to make a difference. Chi is a 100% plant-based restaurant that focuses on providing a delicious meal that is not only good for you but good for the planet. Chef Chi has made this decision after recent events of covid, she felt that the decision to change over into vegan was not an option but a necessary one to help bring light to the vegan lifestyle. In the end eating vegan is for your health and creating a sustainable future. At Chi we have a curated natural wine list, sake, and unique cocktails.
