Every country in the region claims this popular dish as its own, but our version is the veggie best! HATZIL BALADI (GF) An eggplant sprinkled with olive oil then flame-charred until the insides are silky smooth with a delicious smoky flavour. Babaam! CAULIFLOWER OF LIFE (GF) A mountain of melt-in-your-mouth roasted cauliflower, drizzled with olive oil and garnished with parsley & chopped red onions. STEP 3: DESSERT FRIED ICE CREAM BALL A ball of Say Hello Ice cream (vanilla or chocolate), deep fried in our house breading and deep fried until golden brown.
