    5 COURSES MENU CHUPITO MENU – DINE OUT 2026 1 COURSE CALDO DE CAMARÓN Shrimp broth with celery, onion and carrot. Served with a tostada, habanero mayo and tortilla ash. OR COLD OYSTER Served with salsa marisquera. 2 COURSE AGUACHILE VERDE OR MACHA Your choice of salsa de macha con chapulines or aguachile verde con ajonjolí. Blue Pacific shrimp, cucumber, mandarin, red onion, cherry tomato, serrano and cilantro. Served with corn tostadas. OR CEVICHE DE COCO Halibut, mandarin, cucumber, serrano, red onion, cherry tomato, basil oil, cilantro and coconut cream. Served with corn tostadas. 3 COURSE TOSTADA DE ATÚN Ginger mayonnaise, salsa marisquera, tobiko, serrano and cilantro on a corn tostada. OR TOSTADA DE JAIBA Jaiba, guajillo, roasted tomato, onion, avocado and chili flakes on a corn tostada. 4 COURSE BARBACOA DE RES Braised short rib with onion, cilantro and jalapeño tatemado. Served with salsa tomatillo, consommé and corn tortillas. OR PULPO ZARANDEADO Zarandeado octopus tentacle served with charred lemon, broccolini, garlic aioli and corn tortillas. 5 COURSE TRES LECHES Pound cake soaked in three milks with basil leaf, vanilla, cinnamon, lavender, clove and cardamom. Finished with olive oil and Colima salt. OR FLAN Vanilla flan with mango mousse, basil leaf, olive oil and fleur de sel.
