    Cibo Trattoria at the Moda Hotel specializes in authentic Italian cuisine made with same-day fresh and local ingredients. Cibo’s unique list of decadent yet light dishes has been created to provide every guest with a distinctive dining experience. Their simple, clean, rustic Italian inspired food is served in a warm and inviting atmosphere with original 1908 terracotta floors, century old exposed timber beams and over-sized, local pop art pieces.
