Located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, two blocks away from Waterfront station, Head Chef Woojin Kim takes inspiration from his Korean culinary roots and Vancouver's diverse culture and has developed an exciting menu that integrates international flavours with traditional recipes. Discover classic Japanese favourites such as the crispy gyoza and hearty ramen, with a unique Gyoza Bar flair. 

Gyoza Bar is also excited to introduce Marukatsu cuisine to North America. A West Coast hit, Marukatsu cuisine combines traditional Japanese deep-fried katsu with fresh, Mexican-inspired ingredients and recipes to create a new and unique katsu experience.
