    In Japanese, Hikari (ひかり) means "Light", as in a sign of positively and hope. It is also the name of a high-speed train service in Japan, more commonly known as the “Bullet Train”. Originating from Shizuoka, Japan, our certified chef guarantees to serve you an authentic Japanese experience through our passionately prepared homestyle dishes.
