    Inspired by the cantinas of Mexico City; with a twist of our own! Los Cuervos Taqueria is Vancouver’s favourite Mexican restaurant specializing in high quality veggie, meat and seafood tacos. We prepare our food with care from recipes perfected by our team.

    Appetizers

    PRAWN AGUACHILE TOSTADA Prawns, red onion, cucumber, jalapeño, tomatillo, cilantro, lime juice, avocado and sesame seeds

    or

    CARNE ASADA VOLCAN Grilled beef steak, melted cheese, guacamole, lettuce and pico de gallo on a crispy corn tostada.

    or

    SOPA DE TORTILLA Tomato broth seasoned with pasilla and aromatic spices. Garnished with crispy tortilla strips, avocado, sour cream, feta cheese, cilantro and crispy pasilla chile. (Add chicken $5)

    Entrees

    ENMOLADAS (3) Warm corn tortillas, covered in a rich Oaxacan mole sauce, topped with sour cream, queso fresco, and sesame seeds. Choice of: Chicken or Mushrooms. Served with Mexican rice and refried beans.

    BURRITO GRATINADO 12” flour tortilla stuffed with prawns, chicken, sautéed peppers, onions, and cheese, grilled to perfection and topped with melted mozzarella cheese. (Add guacamole $3)

    BIRRIA PLATE Traditional Beef brisket stew slow-cooked in chiles, herbs, and spices. Served with corn tortillas, white onions, fresh cilantro and limes.

    Desserts

    CHURROS (3) House-made dough sprinkled with sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg, served with caramel dip and vanilla ice cream.

    ARROZ CON LECHE (RICE PUDDING) Rice mixed with evaporated and condensed milk, garnished with cinnamon powder, cherries and raisins.
