    The Stable House Bistro takes its cues from Europe's modern wine bars, offering seasonal dishes and unique wines all served in a cozy, unpretentious space.

    The rotating wine list is curated by award winning sommelier Christina Hartigan, and features over a dozen wines by the glass as well as an in depth reserve list.

    The menu is designed for sharing, crafted by Matteo Pagotto who loves to share his Italian food culture!

    We make a point of sourcing the best ingredients from local farmers and artisans, and allowing each dish’s individual flavours to speak for themselves.
