Black+Blue is Glowbal Group's most expansive restaurant to-date. Sitting next to sister restaurants COAST and Italian Kitchen, they are all located on Vancouver’s emerging restaurant row, Alberni Street.
Fans of the GLOWBAL COLLECTION aesthetic can enjoy an expansive three-level space, anchored by focal point Tom Dixon’s ‘cloud of gold’ that can be viewed from wherever you are in the room. Taking the dining experience to new heights, a glass-walled elevator transports guests between the main floor and other levels. Serving as a backdrop to the 12ft. X 12ft. glass encased dry aging cellar is the glowing Himalayan Salt Wall. Guests can enjoy a rectangular 30 seat bar downstairs, offering patrons a real New York vibe. Head upstairs to enjoy white table cloths and luxurious booths—fine dining with pristine service.
Black+Blue offers the largest selection of prime cuts of steaks - from Wagyu to US and Canadian Prime, with a hand selection of exclusive boutique products. Along with meat selections, guests can also enjoy featured fish and shellfish.
