West Coast Dining at New Heights.
Housed in a mountaintop chalet with windows overlooking the city lights of Vancouver, The Observatory is featuring a seasonal Pre-Fixe menu.
Diners can choose from 2 or 3 courses, with mountain access via the Red Skyride or Blue Grouse Gondola complimentary when making an advanced reservation for dinner at the Observatory. These tickets are emailed to you and valid from 4pm on.
Complementing the food is a wine and beverage list showcasing some of the finest Okanagan vineyards and local craft brewers, as well as craft cocktails.Full details of the menu can be found by clicking here
