Bringing together two Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized restaurants, this special collaboration celebrates the meeting of French and Vietnamese cuisine. During a visit to Montréal, Good Thief co-owner Amélie stumbled upon Casavant and immediately fell in love with its atmosphere, thoughtful cooking and approach to hospitality. Inspired by the restaurant, she knew a collaboration was something she wanted to bring to life.
Hosted at Good Thief in Vancouver on February 10, the evening will bring together the teams behind Casavant and Good Thief for a collaborative menu that blends the traditions of French cuisine with the vibrant flavours of Vietnam. Guests can expect a five- to six-course experience, featuring a mix of family-style dishes and individually plated courses, celebrating the creativity, culture and shared passion for bringing people together through food.
