Simple and soulful, the cuisine of Carlino relies on the quality of the ingredients and flavour combinations to delight and seduce. The menu has been created to highlight nature’s bounty across British Columbia while staying true to our northern Italian roots.
Pasta is made fresh in-house daily, and our menu is dictated by the seasons and sourced from our backyard suppliers, allowing the true nature of the ingredients to speak.
