    Nested on the boarder of historical Chinatown; Torafuku invites you to experience simple, yet adventurous interpretations of pan Asian flavours. Explore contemporary dishes crafted from local ingredients sourced by local farms complemented by carefully selected wines, local craft beers, and a fashionable cocktail list.

    Course 1 (no choice) Kale Caesar Salad, sake kasu Caesar dressing, crispy quinoa, tomato, parmesan cheese Course 2 (pick one) Brussel Sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli salad with garlic black bean vinaigrette, crispy chickpeas or Roasted Beets salad, burrata, candied walnuts, mix greens, chardonnay vinaigrette, gastrique. or Marinaded Roasted Eggplant, ramen egg, chives, crispy rice puff Course 3 (choose one) Hiramasa Crudo, New Zealand King Fish, ginger white soy vinaigrette, burnt orange, shiso or General Tao Chicken Wings, grilled broccolini or Duck Confit thai style green papaya salad, crispy rice or Totten Inlet Mussels, spicy genmai miso butter, sake, cream Course 4 (choose one) Pan roasted Sable Fish, miso dashi chowder, prawns, fennel, leeks, mirepoix, Yukon potato Serve with kick ass rice and sous vide egg or AAA New York Striploin Steak, thai style chimichurri Serve with thai spicy fried rice, ground beef or Magic mushroom, sticky rice cake, napa cabbage, kale yuzu tamari, house made ricotta cheese serve with buttemrilk spicy cornbread.     This menu is specially designed to be shared between 2 people, the additional # of guest (3rd or 5th) have a choice to pick a dish from course 2 or 3, a dish from course 4 and 5 for $65/person
